Send them an itemised invoice with details of what was delivered and what wasn't
Copies of all emails/contact sent to them
Request a returns address from the Shed, if they don't respond then I keep hold of the wrong shoes that did come and they'll refund them too
After I gave him the run down the guy on the phone said it wouldn't be a problem getting the money back as the shop is in complete breach of the Visa regulations. So I would advise that course of action for everyone else who is waiting on Shed orders.
