I wouldn't have thought that a combustable frame was really one of its unique selling points
Frames have been made from magnesium alloys before and since, as have motor vehicle and aircraft parts, including engine parts. It's actually pretty hard to set light to bulk magnesium. It's also possible to make steel self-sustain combustion in air if you divide it finely enough, and aluminium and titanium sit somewhere between the two in terms of how thin you have to slice them before they burst into flames.
Also I wouldn't have thought that a combustable frame was really one of its unique selling points.
