Yeah - it'll be hotter though. I've come a cropper by using some really hot stuff that my wife didn't really appreciate.
Oil is a great vehicle for spreading the heat right to every part of the dish. Meant that even with yoghurt, she couldn't really mitigate the spice. An angry wife but sorted my lunch for the next day.
Basic and possibly stupid question... Can you cook stuff in chilli oil? Or is it just a condiment type oil?
