The wheels and groupset would appear to be £498 delivered if you buy them from Ribble, which gets you brand new kit with a direct warranty etc, would suggest that around £400 for the lot is more reasonable/likely to be achievable if hoping to sell to the audience here.
Offers "in excess of £650" is, how to put this, a little enthusiastic.
