Well all my crises have been averted with the application of money; the jumble sale yielded a nice wheelset with a 14-24 block at a reasonable price, also picked up yet another pair of campy band on shifters, this latest lot actually hold the rear derailleur in the two lowest gears.
I'm on the BNA forum in oz and though I've never met bigblock we're friends from there. He's encouraged me to catch up with you lot :-) On ride day I'll be on a cream Allin, wearing a Veeka jersey, number 0514, please say "hi".
