How are you going to mount any rear calipers? There's a distinct lack of anything around the rear rims to hang them off, and since it's not fixed it needs two separate braking systems.

With nuts? Maybe two rear calipers with shorter bolts?
I've seen trikes with two sets of calipers ahead of the fork. Braking is still rubbish apparently.

Willesden Tandem Trike that rode the Newbury 12hr had a caliper brake with cantis in front, both mounted ahead of the fork.
