Is there a longer video showing more footage? Anything that happened before what we seen?

That is exactly how I see it. It's pretty standard in contracts for people to have "and anything that will bring the company into disrepute" and if it was an employee they would be out of a job as soon as or even before it went viral. Why people would feel you get an untouchable status for being someones boss I have no idea.
