• I assume this is opening up a whole canning factory of worms but how do you do a self-fit for aero extensions? I put some on my road bike and although it's hard to tell for sure, what I lose In cadence and not being able to breath properly makes up for any aero gains (at least on the 10m circuit TTs I'm doing). I'm not fast anyway, so working on general fitness etc blah blah blah
