Eddy Merckx OS Strada Frameset Columbus Brain - SOLD

Brings me another great sadness to put up my Eddy Merckx for sale. Probably the best steel I've owned & ridden. Columbus Brain is a real peach to ride, very compliant and plenty stiff when giving it the full beans.

I include in the sale the Eddy Merckx Selle Italia saddle which was bought NOS a few months ago, 3ttt Status stem which was also NOS, and a very nice Campagnolo Record Headset.

I kindly ask £300 for this bit of amazing kit. I am located in Teddington TW11, happy to meet at Richmond Park or post at cost.

Lovely frameset, sounds like you really don't want to move it on. So why are you, if it's the best you've had? You know you'll regret it as soon as you hand it over : (

Merckx frames always seem comparatively short in the top tube. Wonder why that is.

I am swinging that way, I'm torn between building a 2001 Pinarello Prince or get some Carbon ITM forks / OS cockpit / carbon clinchers.
