What are peoples FTP results and subsequent 4/6/8 etc. minute power figures? Is there a chart that exists to predict these?
5s: 776 30s: 750 1min: 522 2min: 425 5min: 389 20min: 346 60min: 282 6 hours: 281 All from 3-6hr MTB racing bar the 20minute.
I don't think you've tried hard enough for an hour!
