    I guess that 273 would be my FTP, although that's from rides, rather than timed efforts. It feels like it would be a scootch higher if I smashed out a 1 hour effort.

    Even the 20min is from 2 x 20, as opposed to a 20 minute FTP test.

    tl;dr I don't know my FTP, but I seem to be at the right power for 2 x 20s.
