So, unboxed the refurbished 810 that Garmin finally got to me this morning.

15 minutes it lasts before turning itself off.

Power on, add battery level indicator - 58%

15min later it's powered off again.

Fails to find satellites for ages and by then I'm at work.

Fucking joke. Total piece of shit that I now have to waste more time and money trying to get a refund or replacement for.

Do Not Buy.

Isn't that normal to try and find a satellites at a new location?

Powering down and back up again, on open roads in London, on a sunny clear day shouldn't fail to find satellites.

Garmin 810s are not fit for purpose.
