i was contemplating taking it but its too small. looks nice for panniers or smaller stuffs. cheap too!

Could someone please recommend a front rack for this old Super Galaxy? Can I use pannier bags meant for the rear? Ortlieb Classics. I like the idea of front pannier bags and then a smaller bag strapped to the top of the rear rack. I'm quite heavy so thought it might be good to take some weight off the rear wheel.
