I only use it when out and about really. Lazy.
I often drive part way to a training ride (to get deeper into the Mountains). Then have a ReGo in the car on the way home. I may start bringing a DIY powder mix in a bidon for this instead. I have plenty of massive tubs of powdered suppliments I can chuck together.

ReGo is soy protein though, not as good as whey. Been using it since last summer though, fancied giving whey a go.
