• I tend to chuck a scoop of maltodextrin in With a berocca to rehydrate. Its possible I piss out 99% of the contents of the Berocca. But I'm somewhat addicted to them (must stop snorting them, the bicarb fucks with my sinuses). Then do a protein shake a bit after. Or I may even do a batch of porridge With a few scoops of whey protein in. Which my be a bit slow release for recovery. But it stops post ride over eating, and chocolate flavoured whey protein in porridge is awesome.

    The SiS ReGo sachets are great for travelling.

  • I only use it when out and about really. Lazy.

    I often drive part way to a training ride (to get deeper into the Mountains). Then have a ReGo in the car on the way home. I may start bringing a DIY powder mix in a bidon for this instead. I have plenty of massive tubs of powdered suppliments I can chuck together.
