• I find banana, whey protein, peanut butter, milk and a bit of yougurt works pretty well (nutella works well but probably not for health reasons!).

  • +1. I have exactly the same (maybe people born in '85 have a particular fondness for this), but sometimes chuck spinach leaves in there too for some extra vitamins etc.

  • I go for banana, protein milk, spinach, spirulina,peanut butter and some flax seeds or oil. Born in 85' too!
