Usual 10k loop to do today, swim early tomorrow morning (first in ages) and then 2 hours of 5-a-side in the evening, rest on Wednesday and then HM commute in Thursday, 5-a-side that evening and then pub. Will have to see about 100km cycle I have planned for Friday.
