So I went to Circus Coffee in Crouch End yesterday(my fave place to stop off while working) and had a aeropress and a v60 coffee and a little lesson in each. Both seem pretty straightforward but think I'm gonna go with a dripper. The woman who served me said she got bored of her aeropress and found the dripper to be more pour and forget while getting ready in the morning.
Resisted buying one in there as they're a little pricey and not decided what one I want. Presume ceramic or glass is worth it over the cheapy plastic? Smart dripper mentioned above looks good as well though..
