Hi all,
Building up a commuter for my 25 mile London commutes. Looking to go with the rough setup below:

Wheelset - tbc
Front Brake - something shimano (not familiar with discs)
Finishing Gear - Chinese Carbon (done 5k miles with current lot and has been great)
Any advice on a reliable brake and level combo for a front Shimano disc? Was looking at a cable combo rather then hydraulics if they do the job nicely
