• Hey All,

Got a couple of bits kicking about which I have no further use for.

  • dibs grease tool please - sorry undibs just remembered am supposed to be clearing stuff out... not buying more stuff...

  • Pair of cages - dibs!

  • Does the grease tool just screw onto the top of a tube of grease?

If so, dibs. Infact, dibs either way.

    PM incoming.

  • ^Yep, that's the one! Screws straight on to the tube. Like so...

  • Dibs the dura ace 7800 rear mech. Pm on the way.

  • 2nd dibs on cages, fingers crossed....

  • Sorry Andy, they sold... could've done a few times over it seems.

sold bits posted this morning. cheers!

  • 2nd dibs rear derailleur.

  • Hi mate, sent you a pm this morning. Let me know how to pay. Appreciated.

  • I would assume it would be okay with appropriate limit screw adjustment....but as i have no direct experience of that set up, i wouldn't be surprised if the lever actuation is problematic. I think that front mechs and brakes are more demanding of correct matching, rear indexing possibly not so with 8-9-10 speed.

sadly though, it is currently sold pending. Happened while i have been distracting myself with a new purchase myself and not updated the thread in time. Yusuf987 has indeed made enquiries and payment on its way. if not, its yours.

  • No worries Ben and congratulations on that spanky Roberts, hopefully take your mind off your sore bits.....

  • Cheers man! Yeah, it certainly is a nice distraction. If it's half as good as it looks/sounds, I'm in for a treat. Be interesting to see how the build works out with the grey/silver/Ti parts off the tonic. Don't suppose that Ti headset is upsetting the burls build is it?

  • mmm, unless Im mistaken it seems Ben is suggesting I trade my Ti king headset for his moots Ti stem......

  • ...but then you'd have to find a moots post. i'd hate to put that on you.

  • Fear not, of all the conditions I struggle with on a daily basis, ocd is strangely absent, ok, why not reunite the enve fork with its old buddy burls instead?

  • but i've never been good a wheelies. looks like its stale mate here.

  • (OMM) Old Man Mountain "Sherpa" rear pannier rack added

  • £15 off the rotor 3d+ chainset

Fiver off the OMM rack before I try in on CTC.

    Cheers!

  • Are the Paul levers still available?
