Yeah they did. Few years back it was just Nikon & Canon. I'm enjoying that the healthy competition is back, stopping those two of resting on their laurels, which they are totally guilty of doing.

Fuji are giving the prosumer market a run for it's money, and I'm seeing more and more Sony cameras popping up on the circuit.

A7r ii. 42mp back illuminated sensor, in-body stabilisation, 4k, 399 AF points that will speed up adapted lenses.
The most exciting thing is the sensor - they were already well ahead regarding dynamic range but this new one is even more insane.
The list goes on but its a beast.

Also good to see they apparently redesigned the camera body / grip / front dial.
Just held the current A7 in my hands the other day and was like wtf (would still love to have one though of course)..

looking to buy my first digital camera just to get started in taking some pictures (mainly of bikes and lfgss rides), any decent/cheap cameras that could be recommended? Thanks

Hey, if I'd taken that photo I'd be happy. Might not eat it, but it's well lit.

That's a bargain. I got one for about double that price and it's a very nice camera, even good in low light
