  • I can tell you that in 3 years SE15 has gone up around 63%.

  • But is that just anecdotal? Or have you been talking to Foxton? Zoopla suggests less than 30% increase in last 3 years. And my new se15 flat was less than 50% increase of its sale price over 5 years ago.

  • Well, my 3 bed terrace would now sell for 63% more than I bought it 3 years ago- I guess there's variance depending on property and precise area, but on my road and immediate surrounding roads houses which don't need work are going for £700-£725k. Which is utterly insane. Talked to one local estate agent about it, and another few are always shoving shit through my letterbox screaming about how much my neighbour sold their house for.

  • Zoopla is actually the best source for this as it's based on Land Registry data, which is what you want.
