..yea, I know.. I think I had this once, thinly sliced potatoes & fresh rosemary.
Didn't taste too bad, but the sensation of having the textures of both dough and potato together is not great.
I mean who the fuck eats potatoes on bread. -

The potatoes in question were really nice New Potatoes that had been boiled whole the day before and some were left over to go on pizza. I sliced 'em from the fridge, grilled them a bit to get them up to temperature and then wanged them on top of the pizza with loads of rosemary.
Next time I would grill for longer, but that is all.

Er, I think the spuds are supposed to be a little more finely sliced, dear boy. Looks like you've halved a couple of jacket spuds on top. #betittastedgood

Never ever go to Artisan in Manchester. One of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten.

The pizza hut picture aren't a case of pizza win, more of a a pizza WTF.
In other news, am making pizza sauce in the slow cooker. Have a couple of tins of peeled plum tomatoes with some anchovies and cheap chorizo from a french supermarket. The starter is fed and tomorrow I shall blend the sauce and leave to cool and make some bread.
Just checked that this is not a photo shop job...
That is wrong.
