This is true in 'murica, where you can get arrested for crossing the road at the wrong time.
In this country, happily, people have the right to walk wherever they want. There is alot of advice in the highway code about how to cross roads safely , but no laws. In charge of a vehicle, it is your responsibility to look out for those more vulnerable than you, like pedestrians who might have stepped out without looking, just as it is the responsibility of drivers to look out for you, even if you ride like a cunt.
I'm glad you posted your shit video here because it gave everyone a chance to make clear how antisocial and unwelcome your riding style and your whole attitude is.
