No turbo atm; the time wont be an issue; I do prefer outdoor though.

I'll do some 1, 3, 5, 10 min tests over the weekend or something and share the results.

You are generally good at this stuff; where can I go on austerity training camp on cheap in this country and possibly not too far from London? Not that my job aspects are bad but I'd like spend cash as sparsely as possible atm.
