Can't really help but the logo, the weird red and blue crest, I think that's from weinmann? So looks like they make them. Not a massive help... Haha. But they may have build details if it's a factory built wheel. (Rim design and spokes a hub and what not)

Googling them brought up a weight of 4kg for wheelset... So at least they're heavy...
