I have a fondness for the man, mainly because my late Grandad loved him and used to make me mixtapes of him and 'Klaus Wunderlich and his amazing organ' which I loved when I was 7.
I rang up my mum when I heard the news, as she was the only one who I knew would appreciate the magnitude of the news.. She said she was going to go and listen to his ABBA megamix as a tribute. -
I saw him at the Albert Hall a couple of years ago (don't ask). I thought he'd already croaked it there and then on the stage, such was his 'movement'. Still, he was always bang into his music, even toured again this year, so kudos to him. #lifer
