I really rate my clever dripper(s) [one at home, one at the office].

Low faff, clean taste, is tolerant of less-than-perfect process.

Good to hear. I had a couple in cafe recently and defo would like as option alongside aeropress and v60 at home, might mean v60 gets dusty tho...

I even don't use my aeropress much anymore!

I reckon a complex washed coffee could fare better in a V60 than a clever, but it's all about time, technique and consistency (or lack of).

It would be interesting to hear how you use it to brew; do post and let us know how you get on.
