I've got these mounted to 25mm rims, they measure up as described so 28/29mm width and around 25mm deep. Using them at around 80psi, but rode down at 60psi and they felt good.
Lots of grip and there doesn't seem to be much rolling resistance. Yet to see any cuts develop. I'd recommend them if you can get the pair for 40 quid like I did, I'm not sure what cheaper alternatives there are.
