Local swimming pool changing room renovations going on until September so I can't go during my day off. Have to remember to get up at 6am on a Tuesday and go before work, plus have Sunday morning I can squeeze in an hour again.
Looks like my Fridays will now be spent in Richmond Park from 9.30am to 2pm. Should be time for 10 laps if I don't hang about, going to get very used to fueling myself on the move.
