• Suffered a bit of a crisis of confidence last week after the race - as I was 40 seconds slower than I was last year over 5k, but a good run on Sunday morning and I'm feeling confident that I can get a PB on the Windsor run course this weekend.

    Hoping to break 2.10 on Sunday which admittedly is helped by a faster swim and run course this year, but would be pretty satisfying nonetheless, my club record is 2:12, which given we are based in Windsor must be a legitimate target!

    Need to put my bars back up to where they were before, I just wasn't comfortable on my long ride on Saturday, I'll need to do more stretching to get my hamstrings long enough to be effective in that position - maybe later in the summer...

    planning a 10 on Wednesday as well, hoping to break 23 minutes as an extra confidence booster..
