They do options on the gearing if you buy new. Or you can change the chainring yourself for something spinnier if you buy second hand

alright if you just wanna casually roll around the city and nice and nimble, but spinny as hell on any down hill and hard to get a decent speed up.

yeah seems like the standard price for one. they deffo dont devalue much. for an extra 200 i could get that model brand new. seems crazy but they are solid

Good luck with your knee! If its any consolation i had a bad knee injury a few years ago after 3 years as a messenger on fixed and spent 2 years not riding much at all. i am now back at work and feeling great, although i use a front brake now and dont use my legs to stop..
