That's a lovely frame, nice subtle colour combo. Another frame with only once set of bottle bosses - seemingly a Mercian hallmark?

Annoyingly my Mercian tourer was built with only one set of bottle mounts, seems strange for a touring specific frame.
The option is there for up to three mounting points, maybe people just find it an easy way to lessen the cost.
