  • as long as there is scab (even the super thin one) on, no training, exercise or heavy sweating.

    make sure to avoid any mecanical stress, anything that will force the scab to come off before it peels off by itself is no good. heavy sweating will soak the scab which will make it more fragile.

    when the scab is removed by mecanical stress, your body has to produce new, this kinda push the pigments out of the skin, the worst result would be no more colour in the skin.
