On a Mac, Keyboard Viewer

On anything, try to find out how to insert Unicode Combining Diacritical Marks

thanks, needed in my life also
lost my spell check somehow and as a bit dsylexic is a fucker as have to be on point to check meself , got any web wizardy/spells/potions re how to re instate that on windows?
