Never took any notice of accents,
There goes half the marks in the french writing exam.

And how are you all doing the accents, I know @Gaston_Fr probably has a french keyboard.

I have a character map on screen, like the old Windows KeyCaps utility. There are keyboard shortcuts for acute, grave, circumflex etc. but I've never bothered to learn them.
