If you're doing that corner again, I'd get a single black panel from the stack, attach on the long side to the corner piece, and put a sleeper through its supports. That'll hopefully anchor it down.
You could also fix a triangle to the underside of the corner and then put that small sleeper or the fence support with the concrete in it into the corner. Hope that's clear.
