Why would you think they wouldnt fit is the better question. The rims will take tyres much much wider.

I read on a web page they are only designed for 28 max but you could go slightly larger, Thought it was best to ask.
I did assume they would be fine, il get some new touring tyres ordered for em now then.

Most road frame can only have enough clearance for 28mm which I think where the misunderstanding stem from.

See them on a number of cross bikes were people are running 35c+ without issue. Frames have more to do with clearance than rims (though 35c+ on a 19mm rim can get floppy)
hi I want to fit some schwalbe Marathon plus tyres to my new touring bike I'm building
Does anyone know if I will be able to fit these tyres in 32mm. To the rims,
