bought an old Raleigh superbe off ebay, went to collect, lifted it up out of the elderly owners shed and the front wheel and fork arms fell off leaving the fork crown and mudguard behind.
I have a frame where the bottom bracket and headset have become one with the frame, zero moving parts - broke a bench vice trying to turn the headset lock ring
