Hot pants/stockings/gas mask guy is the most hilarious regular on my commute. I especially love his combination of very slow speed with permanently riding in the drops and looking fairly athletic. It's like an optical illusion.
IIRC he doesn't ride at all like a pillock though so that puts him in the top 10%
