I heard great things about the caad10 frameset.
Well, my friends all ride carbon. it's hard to find people with caad10 52 and caad10 54.
But maybe you're right AMAC ;) I think it will be better a 54thanks!

Yeah CAAD10's are great, I was on the look out for one myself before I found my SystemSix which is just rad so I couldn't not buy it. Cant comment on the carbon frame really as I'm half and half, CAAD10 rear Six front. Id stay 54 looking at your previous build.

I've got from a 55cm sq track bike, to a 54cm Specialized Tarmac and now on a 52cm Supersix, I'd go for the smaller one if you like. With some more stem.

Shame, I just sold my 54cm CAAD6. Looking at your set up of that CAAD5, fairly set back seatpost, average stem 120mm(?) I think you'd be pretty squeezed up on a 52cm CAAD10, unless you want to run pro style stem lengths. But, as always, best thing to do is to try and test ride both the 52 and the 54.
Or just watch ebay, CAAD5's, 6's, 7's and 9's come up fairly frequently in 54cm.
