In fact the collective for all of these people will be Krugers short for Dunning-Kruger effect
Those with the least skills overestimate their skill set for a given task and those with tend to underestimate themselves. Though those that undertake a minimum coaching in the skills for said task quickly establish a realistic re-assessment of themselves.
