BB noises on carbon frames will sound different to BB on steel. Carbon likes to carry noise in funny directions, similar to the flavours of quarks, that's how bizarre it sometimes sounds.
Also on the shortlist is headset, and funnily enough for me on my carbon frame, stem to handlebar interface due to lack of assembly paste.
I'd say scoble's on the money though, BB is usually an easy win.

I could take it back to condor, they only built it up last week. Doesn't feel like BB to me compared to previous BB noises I've had on steel frames, but not ruling it out
