In the meantime, here's my readers wife:
I owned a cromo Fuji and a 631 Vigorelli concurrently.
The Bob always felt a little more plush - longer chainstays, that nice fork and tubing probably making a difference there. The Fuji felt stiffer... maybe.
An OTP cheap mass produced frame vs. a locally made lugged steel frame?
