Sigmasport. How long does it take you to fix a puncture? Depends how much there is to gain from RR, could still end up faster.

Phone team, wait for spare bike/wheel. Could be 1min if I'm right in front of them, up to 30min if I'm at the furthest point away from them on the course. The rolling resistance advantage isn't going to be enough to counteract that.
