There's a petition going around to asking him to cycle to work every day for a year. Signed for the lolz.

On crack or not on crack?

I bet he really loves cyclists now

I don't normally go in for this sort of reaction but I definitely think people should tell him what they think with their feet (wheels?) and veto Brew. A small gesture, perhaps nothing to him, but it's the principle that counts.

I agree entirely @Crispin_Glover, but I can't understand the desire for revenge in other aspects. It debases us to his level.

hmmm he seems a lot calmer here
see the way the waitress pulls away when he touches her
maybe the misogynist comments about him on facebook are true -

he's probably signed up for prudential ride.
-
• #61
Also: cringing my bollocks off at the cyclist, a terrible ambassador for us, embarrassing.

So how would you react if someone in a car deliberately and aggressively tried to force you off the road/to stop and then discover that the driver was a dangerously nasty violent individual ?
He may have now apologised for his animated verbal reaction after forcing the cyclist to stop but I see no mention of what action will be taken regarding his deliberately dangerous driving.
Reported to police ?
Or have I missed something amongst all this sensationalist coverage ? -

See also: ''nuff said' and its variations and typing 'FACT' after an opinion.
Or worst of all, "Simples"

Reported to police ?
Or have I missed something amongst all this sensationalist coverage ?The video was put up after he had been charged with whatever the police (having reviewed it) were going to charge him with, I thought.

http://road.cc/content/news/152934-video-road-rage-meltdown-driver-who-threatened-kill-cyclist-fined-public-orderOh yes - you reminded me that I'd read this somewhere earlier -" The rider says he kept the video private "until it was all cleared up", only making it public yesterday. "

That guy's mentioned both Brixton Cycles and a forumenger in his Tweets before all this.
Own up, whoever you are.

I'd feel angry but I wouldn't scream and shout CUNT CUNT CUNT in the drivers face. I'm not saying he didn't have a right be angry, I just don't like the way he went about it; I don't like him. I'm just not a shouty person, and unfortunately most people will see this as two men shouting at each other rather than a dangerous driver attacking a vulnerable road user.
-
• #74
True but you never know how even a non shouty person may react in an unprecedented situation like this (if indeed it was new to the cyclist and it appears that this Jason Wells had had some 'rehearsals' ).
It is certainly a distraction if most people only see this as two men shouting at each other. -
