I have a very similar Seamaster (really similar actually even the strap, just not as good condition) and I have had a few joky "Is that a ladies watch". You can get away with it as a dress watch with shirt or whatever but difficult with t-shirt.
However, most of my watches are 40mm and something like the Seiko Monster looks way bigger than my Tudor Hydronaut even though they're both 40mm dive watches.
Basically, it's bloody hard to tell. Have a look at the height as well, how chunky the bezel looks, etc
I'm not particularly big. Slightly more "thick set" than average but only short so wrists are, I imagine, fairly average.
