It's improving with age but I've had a couple and they're drinkable now. Not sure where Emmy got the 2 weeks from, but it won't hurt... I'd advise keeping it in a fridge and pouring very slowly, since it's totally unfined but the yeasty stuff solidifies nicely in the cold.
I'm waiting the alloted 2 weeks to drink it.
Mine was a little old, had gotten too sweet.
