It looks a lot like a Donohue... now it is 531 millennium or 853? No idea...
Whatever it is, the TT and DT are both aero shaped and beefy. But no serials anywhere...perhaps they're under the paint?
PS: Ebay pic, came w/o wheels and stem needs slammed and all that
buy all the tiny yellow track bikes!
From here it looks like 853 to me, I've never seen a 531 millennium Donohue built frame with an aero toptube so my bet is on 853.
When she arrives weigh her and get some close ups on the welds and it should be more identifiable.
