All yours I think. I won't be doing much buying for 4 weeks. Did go to the lbs though. The Aksium disc wheels look great.

The proposed build sounds great, by the way! I have Rival (10) on my road bike and I really like it, but I am likely going to be using Shimano bits for my next build. The current 105 stuff does look excellent but not sure if I really want/need 11sp.

If the 10 speed works I wouldn't bother. Spares should be readily available for ages and probably cheaper (?) now 11 speed is becoming more prominent.

@TM I saw the build, looks great! I've just gone to ultegra on the roadie and love it. So I'm looking forward to using 105.

I don't feel like I'm particularly benefitting from the extra cog, the type of riding I'm doing, but it shifts really well . Much prefer it to the SRAM apex on my previous crossomuter.

I've always preferred Shimano, just find it so precise and feel (for me) it just works .
